Ready-to-use fresh yeast, no need to dissolve in water.
This product is recommended for making pizza, focaccia, bread, and sweet recipes that require natural rising. One 7 g sachet has a similar potency to one 25 g cube of fresh yeast.

Ingredients:
Natural yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae), emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate (E491).
May contain GLUTEN.

Packaged in protective atmosphere.
