Low-Fat Cocoa Shortbread Biscuits
Our reduced fat cocoa shortbreads are organic biscuits with dark chocolate chips, made with stone-ground flour and Italian extra-virgin olive oil.
Ingredients:
Soft WHEAT flour*, cane sugar*, vegetable margarine (non-hydrogenated palm and sunflower oils and fats*, water, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), stone-ground soft WHEAT flour* 7.6%, chocolate chips* 5.8% (cocoa paste*, sugar*, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), pasteurised egg whites, reduced fat cocoa* 5%, Italian extra-virgin olive oil* 3.7%, glucose syrup*, salt, leavening agent: ammonium carbonate.
