INGREDIENTS:
- Mix to prepare ready-made pizza
- 40 g extra-virgin olive oil
- 250 ml water
PREPARATION:
pour the Pizza Mix into a bowl, add 40 g of extra-virgin olive oil and 250 ml of water at around 22°C, and work by hand for 3-5 minutes until you have a solid, smooth dough with no lumps. With a spatula, divide the dough into pieces with the desired weight (for example 4 pieces weighing around 190 g each), make them into little balls, and cover with a cloth. Shortly after, stretch out the dough into the typical circular shape. Add toppings as desired and cook (in a wood oven or electric oven) at 300/320°C for 3-4 minutes.
