INGREDIENTS:
- 250 g Spadoni Mix for light cakes
- 200 g icing sugar
- 100 g butter
- a pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of milk
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1/2 packet of vanillin
To fill: one package of liquid cream
PREPARATION:
In an electric mixer, whip the eggs with the icing sugar, salt, and vanillin.
Add the melted butter and continue to mix.
Add the Molino Spadoni mix and the cold milk a little at a time. Add the yeast.
