INGREDIENTS:
- 270 g Spadoni Vanilla-flavoured Self-raising Flour
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pot of plain yoghurt
- 80 g of dark chocolate
- Grated lemon zest
PREPARATION:
Cut the chocolate into little chunks. Grease and flour a loaf tin.
Preheat the oven to 180°C using the fan setting. Whip the eggs and sugar in a bowl, and add the oil, yoghurt and grated lemon zest while mixing. Slowly add the flour, stirring well. Add the chunks of chocolate and pour into the cake tin. Bake at 180°C for around 35 minutes.
