“Bianco Di Brisighella” Semi-Aged Raw Sheep’s Milk Pecorino
“Bianco di Brisighella” is a semi-hard pecorino made with raw milk, produced by Romagna sheep. It has a soft texture with tiny eyes and a sweet and persistent flavour on the palate, despite being a cheese aged for about 60 days.
It is ideal for appetizers and aperitifs, to be accompanied on cutting boards with a good white or young red wine. It is also excellent as an ingredient for first and second courses.
The rind is treated with natural bioprotectors without preservatives.
Origin of the milk: ITALY
Ingredients:
Sheep’s raw MILK, rennet, selected lactic cultures, Cervia natural sea salt.
