Our Gluten-free Mix for Pastries and Cakes guarantees easy kneading and simple preparation for tarts and leavened cakes and pastries.
The mix already contains baking powder and is gluten-free.

Ingredients:
Corn starch, rice starch, leavening agents (1.6%), acid sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate) psyllium fibre, emulsifying agents: E475, E471, E433; flavour.
May contain LUPIN, MILK, SOYBEANS, MUSTARD.
