Mix ideal for soft, fluffy cakes and tarts. This mix is easy to work with and simple to prepare. It already contains a leavening agent.

Ingredients:
Corn starch, rice starch, leavening agents 1.6% (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), psyllium fibre, emulsifiers: E475, E471, E433, flavours.
May contain LUPIN, MILK.
